Edge Mounted Dock Levelers
Edge Mount Dock Levelers are an inexpensive solution when you need to drive a forklift, pallet jack or cart onto a truck. They do not require expensive concrete/excavation work. They are a popular and economical add-on to any loading dock. They are available in 66″, 72″, 78″ and 84″ widths. Capacities can range from 20,000 to 25,000 pounds per unit.

Dock Bumpers
A dock bumper is a recoiling or resilient device that is attached to a dock in order to absorb the impact of a hit by a truck or any other transportation device. One of the basic decisions before building a dock and the appropriate dock bumper involves the differences between declining and inclining docks. Depending on situation, they’re either welded, anchored to concrete, or both.

Mechanical Pit Leveler
It is a height-adjustable platform used to ensure smooth transition between dock and truck which helps prevent forklift accidents that can cause serious injuries and forklift damages. Weight capacity can range up to 27,060 lbs+/-
Mechanical levelers utilize a spring-loaded design where the operator pulls a chain to release the lock. Once unlocked, the leveler pivots and opens the “lip” of the leveler. The leveler can now be positioned inside the trailer and onto the floor with the trailer in place. In other words, you don’t need to have someone lift the leveler up, back the trailer into position and lower the leveler in place.
Once the loading/unloading process is complete, the process is reversed. The leveler is lifted up, the lip pivots back down, and the leveler is lowered into the locked position. This process takes some time and can be hard on the operator. S/he has to be heavy enough to lower the leveler by walking over the surface.
Pros: minimal acquisition cost and limited maintenance
Cons: time-consuming compared to powered dock levelers and not ideal for high volume applications
Any time we work on your mechanical dock we will always clean all debris from under and around dock for optimum performance.
Air-Powered & Hydraulic Dock Levelers
With air-powered or hydraulic dock levelers, all raise/lower functions are accomplished with the push of a button - compared to increased labor and time-intensive mechanical options. Further, powered dock levelers can be easily used in conjunction with dock lights and truck locks for a complete safety package/system.
Choosing an air-powered over hydraulic dock leveler comes down to customer preference. For either, the job function and benefits are the same.
Pros: ease of use, efficiencies for high volume applications
Cons: acquisition price, additional maintenance items (more parts, more opportunities for part failure)

Dock Seals
Dock Seals are foam pads that the trailer compresses into when it backs in and comes to rest against the dock bumpers, forming a seal around three sides of the trailer. We can provide the best dock seal for any application you might have.
Dock Canopies & Outside Shelters
These rooves protect the loading area and shipments from adverse weather conditions. Fixed canopies can be made in every configuration to keep any area dry or shaded. Give us a call today to get started.
Dock Boards
Loading Dock Boards are portable custom ramp plates made of aluminum or steel depending on application and allow forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to travel between the dock and truck. It allows drive-on loading for bays where levelers are not present. They are economical compared to complete levelers. Proper conditions are required for use and must be manually spotted between the truck and dock by a trained employee.
Dock Truck Latch
We offer automatic vehicle restraints, which are push button for easy operation, and manual vehicle restraints, which are spring loaded and operated by hand with a push bar.
Truck Latches are used to restrain and hold a truck while a forklift drives across a dock. This prevents the truck from sliding away or being driven away inadvertently, causing serious injury to personnel, product, and equipment.
Truck Latches are hydraulic or motor-driven to keep the truck or trailer at the lower bumper. They typically have a signal light that tells the driver when it is safe to back up or depart (Green light, Red light) Truck Latches give you complete control, minimizing human error and saving you money.
